This course provides a brief introduction to fluid power. Topics include the advantages of fluid power, special problems associated with fluid power systems, the development and use of hydraulics, and the basic states of matter.
When you have completed this course, you will be able to do the following:

- Explain the concept and history of hydraulics and pneumatics.
- Identify the states of matter and the factors affecting them.
