Board Approval
Most state boards do not pre-approve continuing education providers. These states just ask that the engineers use their judgement when taking courses. All of our courses are accepted by states that do not pre-approve education providers.
However, the following 6 states do require pre-approval of providers:
- Florida
- Indiana
- Maryland
- New York
- New Jersey
- North Carolina
We are not yet pre-approved in any of these 6 states. However, we are currently working to become approved.
Refund Policy
If your state licensing board does not accept a certificate from us, we will refund your money. Just send us a copy of the rejection letter from the state board and we will refund your payment immediately. Please see our Refund Policy for more details.
Record Keeping
The engineer is responsible for maintaining records of continuing education. These records will not generally be required when renewing your license. However, the state board may perform an audit in which they will likely request to see these continuing education records.
We will maintain a copy of any certificates that you acquire from us for a period of at least 7 years. However, you should also keep your own records.
