Refund Policy

If your state licensing board does not accept a certificate from us, we will refund your money. Just send us a copy of the rejection letter from the state board and we will refund your payment immediately.

Also, if you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will refund your payment as long as you have not yet received any course certificates.
